Job Summary
The Procedure & Training Events Administrator will be responsible for scheduling employee training and maintaining training documentation, maintaining all LCMC procedure revisions, re-certifications, and redistribution of procedures, coordinating on-site training classes, documenting regulatory training and procedure re-certifications/revisions which are subject to PSM and regulatory requirements. This role is essential for the Training Department to provide effective, efficient and timely customer service to the LCMC internal and external customer. Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma required
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum 4 years administrative assistant experience, experience in training in development, or human resources preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and SAP and EDMS preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Valid Driver’s License required
Job Duties
Schedule, coordinate, and document employee training per the LCMC training plan
Serve as coordinator for all on-site training events from planning through event follow-up activities
Maintain thorough records for all training related expenses
Maintain LCMC Training Calendar and Department Mailbox
Provide administrative support for annual re-certification of LCMC procedures; perform procedure revisions as requested or required
Assure and maintain supporting documentation for all procedure re-certifications and revisions
Initiate and provide reports as required
Serve as EDMS, SuccessFactors and SharePoint Workflow subject matter expert
Perform tasks of moderate complexity
Manage multiple tasks efficiently
