We are seeking a highly skilled Superintendent to oversee construction operations on various commercial and industrial ground-up and renovation projects including medical, corporate offices, retail, warehouses, and more. The Superintendent will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations on construction sites
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and laborers
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
Monitor project progress and report on status
Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and engineers
Conduct site inspections and oversee quality control efforts
Prepare and maintain project schedules and budgets
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction Qualifications Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Familiarity with a wide variety of commercial and industrial construction projects
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
