Assistant Superintendent – RCC Ratcliff Companies Mansfield, LA 71052 Join the Ratcliff Construction Team! Key Responsibilities:
✅ Assist on-site coordination, safety, quality control, and trade partner supervision ✅ Read and interpret project drawings, specifications, and building codes ✅ Support job site organization, scheduling, and material tracking ✅ Maintain jobsite cleanliness, security, and compliance with safety standards ✅ Monitor and enforce project timelines, quality assurance, and subcontractor performance ✅ Contribute to daily reporting, record-keeping, and project documentation
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction (Commercial GC or subcontractor experience preferred) ✔ Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills ✔ Ability to read blueprints and understand building codes (preferred) ✔ Must be able to read a tape measure ✔ Computer proficiency and willingness to learn project management software ✔ Valid Driver’s License Why Join Ratcliff Construction?
