The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction management, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes. Duties Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met. Develop project schedules using tools such as MS Project and ProCore to track progress and adjust timelines as necessary. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Review and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide project execution effectively. Prepare detailed construction estimates and budgets while managing costs throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain clear communication with clients regarding project status, changes, and any potential delays. Ensure all contracts are adhered to and manage any contractual disputes that may arise. Experience Proven experience in construction management with a strong portfolio of successfully completed projects. Proficiency in construction software such as Bluebeam, ProCore (or similar) is highly desirable. Strong understanding of plan reading, schematics, and construction estimating processes. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to lead teams on construction sites while fostering a collaborative work environment.
