Coordinate with the Branch Manager to ensure Crew Leaders and teams are prepared to complete assigned work. Schedule and direct personnel and resources for all enhancement and contractual services. Maintain proper inventory levels of materials, equipment, and supplies to meet production demands. Maximize the use of field personnel and resources, coordinating across divisions to reduce waste. Support Account Managers with estimating, project design, and client meetings. Generate and manage enhancement sales, including upselling to existing clients with or without base maintenance contracts. Oversee commercial landscape portfolios and manage multiple crews and service teams. Respond promptly to customer concerns and ensure proper resolution to uphold satisfaction. Monitor and control costs to ensure enhancement work is completed within budget. Enforce and uphold a safe working environment, with zero tolerance for unsafe practices or incidents. Participate in hands-on work with crews as needed to meet project deadlines and set performance standards. Plan, order, design, and supervise seasonal color rotations throughout the year. Inspect properties prior to service to develop action plans and ensure job readiness. Monitor landscapes post-service to identify and address insect, disease, or maintenance issues. Train, coach, and develop crew members through scheduling, mentorship, and hands-on guidance. Provide equipment and safety training in accordance with company policies. Implement and enforce policies related to equipment maintenance and operational procedures. Use Aspire for estimating, approvals, scheduling, documentation, and workflow management. Ensure all project documentation, designs, and contracts are uploaded and organized in Aspire. Maintain accurate field reporting and effective communication between field and office teams. Work closely with the Branch Manager to identify staffing needs, manage schedules, and support recruitment efforts. Process necessary paperwork related to new hires, staffing changes, and performance development. Assist with maintaining administrative systems including timesheets, service schedules, and job costing. Order project materials and monitor deliveries and expenses; request purchase orders per company guidelines. Assist the Branch Manager with enhancement-related sales, planning, and forecasting. Foster a strong branch culture through collaboration, team-building initiatives, and leadership. Daily Responsibilities Assist with directing crew activity each morning, including clock-in procedures, distribution of safety gear, and deployment oversight. Confirm crews are equipped with all necessary tools and special-order materials for daily assignments. Conduct check-ins with foremen to address job quality and progress. Maintain high morale and team engagement through positive leadership and interpersonal communication. Coordinate with Account Managers to execute client requests, including pre-visit site meetings as needed. Provide direct communication and guidance to field crews to ensure clarity of expectations. Weekly Responsibilities Assist with weekly Sales and Operations meetings to align team goals and discuss client priorities. Assist with weekly safety, productivity, and quality meetings with crews. High School Diploma Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in landscape maintenance, enhancement, or construction, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or management role. Proven experience managing crews, coordinating schedules, and handling client-facing communication. Experience with estimating, budgeting, and managing enhancement project scopes. The Enhancement Manager is responsible for supporting the Director of Operations in the daily coordination of field activities and landscape enhancement services. This role ensures smooth execution of enhancement work, proper resource allocation, and exceptional customer satisfaction while upholding all Landry’s Landscape policies and procedures. The Enhancement Manager also plays a critical role in sales support, team development, and building a strong operational culture.
