The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes and management software. Duties Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers to ensure project milestones are met. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore to track project progress, manage documentation, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Develop and maintain project schedules using tools like Primavera for efficient project planning and execution. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality, adherence to specifications, and safety practices. Collaborate with project managers to prepare accurate construction estimates and budgets. Implement effective project scheduling techniques to optimize workflow and resource allocation. Prepare reports on project status, including updates on timelines, costs, and any issues that arise during construction. Qualifications Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices. Proficiency in construction management software including Bluebeam for document management and collaboration. Familiarity with contract negotiations and compliance requirements in the construction sector. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and resolve conflicts effectively. Knowledge of construction estimating principles is a plus.
