ROPE ACCESS PROGRAM MANAGER
Performance Energy Services, LLC. (PES) 102 Asma Boulevard, Lafayette, LA 70508 POSITION SUMMARY The Rope Access Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the coordination, inspection, and management of all Rope Access and NDT equipment and logistics within the yard. This role ensures operational efficiency, safety compliance, and inventory accuracy while actively promoting the company’s mission, values, and safety culture. The position serves as a key liaison between operations, logistics, project management, supporting project planning, personnel training, and continuous improvement initiatives. As a subject matter expert in Rope Access, the individual will mentor field personnel, lead training efforts per SPRAT standards, and troubleshoot operational challenges. This role requires strong leadership, coordination, training, and logistics management to support field operations with maintaining strong commitment to PES culture and values.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Exhibit a positive attitude and actively promotes company’s culture, mission, vision, values and safety standards in all interactions with employees, managers, vendors, and customers Lead by example, fostering a strong safety culture and promoting good work ethics across the team Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working with subordinates, managers, and customers Manage, inspect, and track all Rope Access and NDT equipment entering and leaving the yard Coordinate logistics with the Danos logistics group to ensure timely delivery and inventory flow Collaborate with project managers to forecast needs and avoid inventory issues Monitor, manage, and maintain accurate records of Rope Access and NDT inventory Conduct and participate in regular yard inspections, audits, and safety observations Ensure good housekeeping and safe work practices in the yard Facilitate training of Rope Access personnel per SPRAT standards and PES policy Provide refresher training and document all training activities appropriately Present training materials and information on company policies and procedures to operations personnel Develop and refine work processes to improve operational efficiency and consistency Assist Operations in bidding, estimating, and planning Rope Access projects Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Rope Access operations Provide support to the broader logistics and operations team as needed Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor for Rope Access field personnel Demonstrates strong adherence to Company policies and procedures, included but not limited to Safety, and Company values Ability to travel as required Overtime may be required based on business needs and availability on weekends are required Perform additional duties as assigned by manager and/or supervisor
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma or equivalent education Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience or 10+ years of field experience with less than 3 years of PM experience At least 8+ years of Rope Access experience and 4+ years of offshore Rope Access experience Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation Valid TWIC card required SPRAT Level III certification required Ability to perform basic level mathematical skills Strong leadership skills with a focus on safety, team collaboration, and customer service Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget Ability to strategically plan, lead teams, and negotiate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors Excellent technical problem-solving skills Ability to manage and coordinate logistics and training efforts effectively Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word Excellent organizational, planning, problem-solving and time management skills For new hires, must meet all Performance Energy Services employment qualifications in force at time of hiring, including successful completion of a background investigation and pre-employment drug screen For new hires, must successfully complete all required training by Performance Energy Services
