Role:
Atrium Housing is seeking a mission-driven Owner’s Representative/ Construction Manager to join our growing team. This role plays avital part in ensuring the successful delivery of affordable housing projects across multiple states. You’ll serve as the boots-on-the-ground representative for the owner—overseeing field coordination, construction quality, and schedule adherence from preconstruction through closeout. This is a hybrid position with flexibility to work remotely when not on site. Ideal for someone who thrives in the field, is proactive with communication, and is passionate about housing equity and community-focused development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the owner’s interests on active construction sites and during design coordination
- Monitor progress, verify field quality, and provide regular reports to the development team
- Participate in contractor meetings, review RFIs/submittals, and support resolution of site issues
- Coordinate closely with general contractors, architects, consultants, and community stakeholders
- Track schedules, budgets, and key milestones; ensure projects stay on target
- Assist with punch list development, final inspections, and project closeout
- Travel to job sites across multiple states as required (travel frequency varies by project phase)
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
