Academic Req:
Required•Bachelor’s degree in the following areas: social work, psychology, criminal justice, sociology, or related field of study
Work Experience:
Required•Experience in child interviewing and crisis intervention required. Experience in anti•trafficking field strongly preferred.
Critical Action Items & Measurable Deliverables:
1. Accept and respond to all inbound contacts during assigned shifts, including regular on-call overnight shifts as assigned 2. Recruit, train, supervise, and retain volunteers and interns to support program 24/7 operability and on•going effective response to crisis calls 3. Manage on-site office operations, including administrative duties 4. Remain apprised of regional referral paths and ensure crisis team has full visibility of services 5. Participate in weekly supervision with assigned supervisor 6. Participate in workshops, seminars, education programs and other activities that promote professional growth and development 7. Ensures 24/7 inbound contact operability and immediate advocate dispatch for qualifying cases 8. Ensures the effective assessment of all calls, including phone-based trafficking screening when necessary 9. Ensures the successful identification of the appropriate intervention and referral path for all contacts 10. Successfully recruit, train, supervise, and retain volunteers and interns 11. Leads a team of interns and volunteers and ensures their performance meets programs expectations 12. Coordinates intern and volunteer hour tracking and ensures internship documentation and requirements are satisfactorily met 13. Work evenings and weekends when required or requested by supervisor, including regular overnight on-call shifts as assigned 14. Ensure all contacts are appropriately documented in the program’s databases 15. Manage program administrative responsibilities, including service plan tracking, expense reporting, supply/logistics monitoring, and mailing as needed 16. Implement

safety protocols in case of an emergency 17. Participate in scheduled meetings and team decisions and operations 18. Maintain confidentiality in all areas of the service population and program operations 19. Maintain

Requirements:
1. Pass a pre-employment drug screen and random drug screens 2. Provide proof of work eligibility status upon request 3. Pass a pre-employment and biennial criminal background checks 4.
Demonstrate the ability to:
a. Respond sensitively and competently to the service population’s cultural and socio-economic characteristics b. Work in a fast-paced environment and always maintain emotional control and professional composure c. Maintain computer literacy required to meet the responsibilities of the position d. Work effectively and without intensive supervision both independently and as a member of a multidisciplinary team e. Actively support supervisees in professional development 5. Demonstrate a working knowledge of all Human Trafficking Interdiction policies and procedures.
