Job Duties:
Manage daily onsite construction activities Coordinate and schedule subcontractors Ensure compliance with project plans and specifications Maintain site safety and cleanliness Communicate with project managers, clients, and inspectors Track progress and report issues in real time
Experience Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial and/or grocery retail construction Strong knowledge of ground-up and renovation workflows Proficient in reading blueprints and construction documents Comfortable using software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms Experience working with national retail or grocery brands preferred Ability to travel extensively and for long durations is required
