Crew Foreman The Crew Foreman works independently as well as part of a team in various aspects of construction. This full-time position has opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
Responsibilities:
Provides excellent customer service to clients. Manage, supervise and coordinate onsite work crews. Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures. Communicate with onsite general contractors, sub-contractors, and owners. Strong attention to detail, problem solving skills and ability to be flexible to meet deadlines. Create and maintain schedule and job assignments of crews. Order and schedule labor, equipment and materials. Maintain a clean job site. Ability to analyze and resolve construction process issues and effectively communicate with all levels of personnel. Responsible for managing equipment as needed. Establish and enforce the use of standard operating procedures. Ensure consistent safety and quality while minimizing cost.
Requirements:
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Demonstrates good work practices through compliance and support for all site safety, health and environmental guidelines. High School diploma or equivalent. At least 3 years of experience in construction. Candidate must possess an OSHA 10 certification or be willing to obtain it. Candidate must possess a PowerSafe safety training certification or be willing to obtain it. Demonstrate flexibility and is adaptable to change. Ability to read and understand project plans and instructions. In depth working knowledge of construction site protocol. Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects. Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and teambuilding skills. Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
