• Job Overview:

• We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager and/or Estimator to lead and manage various projects within our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. This role requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage conflicts and prioritize tasks. Estimation skills are also requested but not required as we may cross-train and integrate into the process. • Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
• Utilize project management software such as BuilderTrend to manage projects and collaborate with team members
• Manage budgets and resources to ensure projects are completed within budget constraints
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks
• Provide guidance and mentorship to project team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed
• Manage and resolve conflicts and issues that may arise during the project lifecycle
• Utilize quality management principles to ensure projects meet the required standards and quality expectations
• Oversee project kickoffs, status meetings, and project closeouts to ensure projects are properly documented and communicated to stakeholders

• Experience:

• Proven experience in managing projects from initiation to completion is preferred
• Construction Supervisor License (CSL) with field experience is preferred but not required
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and conflict management skills
• Experience in quality management and continuous improvement
• Experience in budgeting and resource allocation
• A bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as business administration or project management can also be considered as well
