Summary The Smartsheet Developer/Construction Project Coordinator is responsible for leading the development of Smartsheet solutions for Berkshire Home Pros, Inc., advancing the effectiveness of our performance internally and for the clients we serve. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Smartsheet developer to perform functions within the Smartsheet platform/technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and managing projects within Smartsheet, demonstrating expertise in automating workflows, integrating with external systems, and customizing solutions to meet our business needs. The candidate will work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that our Smartsheet environment is leveraging its full capabilities to improve efficiency and productivity across the organization. Responsibilities Lead project planning and scheduling to ensure timely completion of construction projects. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to facilitate smooth project execution. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct regular meetings with the crew to discuss project updates and address any concerns. Utilize construction management software to track project milestones and documentation. Requirements An Associate’s Degree or higher and at least 2-3 years of experience with Smartsheet functional areas like control center, workspaces, power apps, sheets, reports, dashboards, etc. & Microsoft products required; proven Project Management or similar role experience in the construction industry a plus. Excellent project scheduling skills with proficiency in Smartsheets construction management software, and strong understanding of Smartsheet functionalities, including dashboards, reports, and workflow automation. Experience with Smartsheet API and integrating Smartsheet with other tools and systems. Proficiency in project management software and strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, materials, regulations, and safety protocols. Effective communication, time management, problem-solving and leadership abilities to manage teams effectively. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously, and exceptional documentation/data dictionary development skills. Effectively manage Smartsheet projects, ensure timely completion, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
