What You’ll Do Lead cleanroom and advanced facility construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Manage all aspects of project delivery, including budget, schedule, and documentation (Procore or similar) Collaborate with design teams, field staff, and internal departments for seamless execution Serve as the client’s main point of contact—build relationships and deliver results that exceed expectations Support billing processes, review invoices, and drive financial performance Maintain compliance with safety regulations, specs, and company standards Own warranty management and project follow-ups post-completion What We’re Looking For 5+ years of project management experience in construction—cleanroom, healthcare, or high-tech environments a plus Strong working knowledge of cost control, estimating, and scheduling Experience with Procore, Sage/Timberline, MS Project, or Primavera P6 Revit familiarity preferred but not required Excellent communication skills, leadership presence, and organizational finesse Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering is a plus, but not a must Compensation & Benefits Competitive Salary
