$140,000

• $165,000+, based on experience

Mix of on the job site and in office Our client is a well-established general contractor located on the North Shore who specializez in comercial, retail, restaurant, and interior fit-out projects. They are known for their commitment to quality, collaborative approach, and ability to successfully manage projects in occupied spaces. They are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in ground-up construction who is ready to work in a fast paced environment. This is a direct-hire opportunity with long-term growth potential.

What you get to do:

• Oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget adherence
• Manage 2-5 projects at a time (depending on size)
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field supervision teams
• Communicate effectively with owners, architects, and consultants
• Handle financial aspects, including contracts, purchase orders, and risk management What you need to succeed:
• 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
• Must have prior experience with commercial, retail, restaurant, and/or interior fit-out projects
• Ability to manage multiple projects at a time
• Prior experience working in occupied spaces is a big plus
• Must be well experienced with ProCore
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills What’s in it for you?
