Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors,and in-house crews to meet project milestones and maintain qualitystandards. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliancewith safety regulations, company policies, and client expectations.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders toplan and execute work effectively. Resolve on-site challengesswiftly, including issues related to logistics, resources, andunforeseen obstacles. Maintain accurate project documentation,including schedules, reports, and site logs. Lead site meetings andprovide clear communication to teams regarding project updates andpriorities. Profile The Civil Superintnedent will have: Civilconstruction experience with a civl contractor / GC (5 years)Experience building ground-up Healthcare, Commercial, Education, orIndustrial projects valued at $10M Proficiency in reading,analyzing, and interpreting commercial construction plans,drawings, and specifications Skilled at negotiation and conflictresolution Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workloadFamiliarity with construction/project management Bachelor’s degreein Engineering or Construction Management (preferred) CPR/First AidCertified 10-Hour OSHA Construction Safety and Health Certification30-Hour OSHA (preferred) Job Offer The Civil Superintendent willreceive: Base salary up to $150K (flexible) Competitive benefitsCompany truck provided!
