Assisting with subcontractor and supplier buyouts, procurement, andcontract management Supporting project closeout documentation andensuring all requirements are met Managing the submittal and RFIprocesses, ensuring timely responses and approvals Evaluating RFPsand soliciting competitive pricing from subcontractors andsuppliers Overseeing owner and subcontractor change orders,tracking costs and approvals Proactively resolving project-relatedissues to keep schedules and budgets on track Monitoring andensuring the timely procurement of materials Working closely withthe project management team in a small, collaborative environmentwith direct access to ownership Profile The right Assistant ProjectManager has the following qualifications: Must be commutable toWaltham, MA. No hybrid/remote options available. 3 years ofexperience in the construction industry Ground-up or renovationexperience on projects $20M Ideally within public, academic, orK-12 construction An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree inConstruction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related fieldExperience using Procore or other construction management software.
Familiar with Procore Strong problem-solving and critical-thinkingskills with the ability to work independently and in a teamenvironment Job Offer The Assistant Project Manager will receive:
Compensation $85K-$125K (based on experience)
