Project Superintendent Position Available In Middlesex, Massachusetts

Description Supervise all on-site construction activities and personnel. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient execution. Monitor compliance with safety protocols, environmental standards, and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate daily logs, progress reports, and site documentation. Identify and resolve field issues to minimize delays and cost overruns. Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications. Additional Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of experience in construction supervision, preferably in life science projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and environmental regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
