With a strong pipeline ofmultifamily work-and a new headquarters opening in Weymouth at thestart of August 2025-this is an exciting time to join a company onthe rise. •Apply online today and your resume will be consideredwithin 24 hours of application• Description The Superintendent isresponsible for: Oversee all on-site construction activities,ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budgetCoordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and field staffdaily Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant job site atall times Monitor project schedules and work with the project teamto address delays or changes Conduct regular site meetings andcollaborate with Project Managers, Architects, and Owners Reviewdrawings and specifications to ensure accurate constructionexecution Identify and resolve field issues quickly to keepprojects moving efficiently Ensure all work meets company qualitystandards and client expectations Manage and document dailyreports, inspections, and site logs using Procore Foster a positivejob site environment that reflects company values andprofessionalism Profile The right candidate will have: MultifamilySuperintendent experience with a GC (5 years) Experience buildingground-up / renovation Multi-family projects valued at $20MProficiency in reading, analyzing, and interpreting commercialconstruction plans, drawings, and specifications Good written andcommunication skills Skilled at negotiation and conflict resolutionFamiliarity with construction/project management Bachelor’s degreein Engineering or Construction Management (preferred) CPR/First AidCertified 10-Hour OSHA Construction Safety and Health Certification30-Hour OSHA (preferred) Must have MA CSL Job Offer TheSuperintendent will receive: Base salary up to $200K (dependant onexperience) Competitive benefits Vehicle allowance & gas cardprovided Opportunity to be part of a collaborative, employee-first,reputable GC Diverse project portfolio, up to $60M in value Rareopportunity, typically would have hired from within!
