Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manageday-to-day field operations on active jobsites Coordinate labor,subcontractors, and materials to maintain schedules and efficiencyEnsure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, andproject specifications Communicate effectively with projectmanagers, vendors, and field teams Maintain accurate documentation,reports, and site logs Conduct regular jobsite meetings and provideongoing progress updates

Ideal Background:

MUST HAVE

k-12experience 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercialconstruction Municipal experience prefered Proven ability to managecrews and subcontractors across multiple phases of a project Strongknowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and documentationProficiency with field tech such as Procore, Microsoft Office, andBluebeam (or similar) Ability to travel up to 1/3 of the year (onlyfor applicable roles)
