Assistant Superintendent 4.0 4.0 out of 5 stars Dedham, MA 02026 Our top commercial construction client is seeking a capable assistant superintendent for top Metro west projects Responsibilities of assistant superintendent- Construction/site super Responsible for managing a portion of construction process for commercial projects/multi-unit Some leadership responsibilities on projects Oversee and manage all day to day activities onsite work Work as site super assist managing sub-contractors Managing and maintaining contracts Managing drawings Record rates in logbooks Ensuring compliance with contract documents Support super in monitoring job progress on-site Ensuring safety and QC compliance is met Start close out process Requirements of assistant superintendent/site super Field engineer or previous assistant superintendent responsibilities 2+ years as an assistant superintendent or project engineer Tech savvy and familiar with construction software Mastered responsibilities of a field engineer Bachelor’s in construction management or similar. 4 year college degree in civil engineering strongly preferred 80000-113000+ DOE why work here: Rich Culture best commercial projects/large multi competent staff abundant Growth excellent pay and benefits #BOS123
