Description The Superintendent – Growing GC – South Shore will beresponsible for: Oversee all aspects of on-site constructionactivities, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and safetystandards. Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, andvendors to coordinate workflow and resolve issues promptly.

Implement and enforce quality control measures to guaranteesuperior craftsmanship. Foster a culture of safety, promoting bestpractices and ensuring compliance with regulations. Maintainaccurate records of project progress, materials, and costs. ProfileThe Superintendent – Growing GC – South Shore should have: 6 yearsof proven experience as a Construction Superintendent in bothcommerical and multifamily sectors MA CSL (REQUIRED) In-depthknowledge of construction procedures, regulations, and safetystandards. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivateand guide teams to success. Exceptional problem-solving abilitiesand attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.
