With a strong pipeline ofmultifamily, commercial, and institutional work-and a newheadquarters opening in Weymouth in summer of 2025-this is anexciting time to join a company on the rise. •Apply online todayand your resume will be considered within 24 hours of application•Description The Superintendent is responsible for: Oversee allon-site construction activities, ensuring work is completed safely,on time, and within budget Coordinate and manage subcontractors,vendors, and field staff daily Maintain a clean, organized, andOSHA-compliant job site at all times Monitor project schedules andwork with the project team to address delays or changes Conductregular site meetings and collaborate with Project Managers,Architects, and Owners Review drawings and specifications to ensureaccurate construction execution Identify and resolve field issuesquickly to keep projects moving efficiently Ensure all work meetscompany quality standards and client expectations Manage anddocument daily reports, inspections, and site logs using ProcoreFoster a positive job site environment that reflects company valuesand professionalism Profile The right candidate will have:

Multifamily Superintendent experience with a GC (5 years)Experience building ground-up / renovation Multi-family projectsvalued at $20M Proficiency in reading, analyzing, and interpretingcommercial construction plans, drawings, and specifications Goodwritten and communication skills Skilled at negotiation andconflict resolution Familiarity with construction/projectmanagement Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or ConstructionManagement (preferred) CPR/First Aid Certified 10-Hour OSHAConstruction Safety and Health Certification 30-Hour OSHA(preferred) Must have MA CSL Job Offer The Superintendent willreceive: Base salary up to $160K Competitive benefits Company truckprovided!
