Description Overseeall on-site construction activities, ensuring work is completedsafely, on time, and within budget Coordinate and managesubcontractors, vendors, and field staff daily Maintain a clean,organized, and OSHA-compliant job site at all times Monitor projectschedules and work with the project team to address delays orchanges Conduct regular site meetings and collaborate with ProjectManagers, Architects, and Owners Review drawings and specificationsto ensure accurate construction execution Identify and resolvefield issues quickly to keep projects moving efficiently Ensure allwork meets company quality standards and client expectations Manageand document daily reports, inspections, and site logs usingProcore Foster a positive job site environment that reflectscompany values and professionalism Profile MultifamilySuperintendent experience with a GC (5 years) Experience buildingground-up / renovation Multi-family projects valued at $20MProficiency in reading, analyzing, and interpreting commercialconstruction plans, drawings, and specifications Good written andcommunication skills Skilled at negotiation and conflict resolutionFamiliarity with construction/project management Bachelor’s degreein Engineering or Construction Management (preferred) CPR/First AidCertified 10-Hour OSHA Construction Safety and Health Certification30-Hour OSHA (preferred) Must have MA CSL Job Offer Base salary upto $160K Competitive benefits Company truck provided!
