Foreman/Supervisor Tripp Fence Company Carver, MA 02330 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor/Supervisor to oversee construction projects and ensure that work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of construction processes, and the ability to read blueprints and plans. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining compliance with OSHA regulations. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction crews to ensure project timelines are met. Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to guide project execution. Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality control measures. Manage project budgets, including estimating costs and tracking expenses effectively. Utilize software tools such as ProCore, Prolog, and Bluebeam for project management and documentation. Ensure compliance with contract specifications and industry standards throughout the construction process. Train and mentor team members on best practices in construction techniques and safety measures. Perform regular assessments using tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical components as needed. Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project operations. Qualifications Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and construction estimating techniques. Familiarity with OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Experience with quality control processes in construction projects. Proficiency in using project management software such as ProCore, Prolog, or Bluebeam is preferred. Excellent budgeting skills with the ability to manage costs effectively. Strong communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively. Ability to troubleshoot issues on-site and implement effective solutions promptly.
