Description The Assistant ConstructionProject Manager will be responsible for: Create a schedule duringproject set up and sub-bidding that reflects that project strategyand is sufficient to estimate from and to purchase subcontractors.

Identifying, tracking, and procuring all necessary materialsensuring they arrive as needed and inline with the projectschedule. Working with Project Managers to resolve any lead-timeproblems or set-backs and keeping all appropriate parties in theloop regarding project implications. Maintaining current financialreports to quickly identify potential and existing issues.

Developing and maintaining positive client and subcontractorrelationships through established strong communication in regardsto responsibilities, changes and issues as well as following up onrequests in a timely manner.
