Key Responsibilities:

Direct and supervise all field personnel, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
Coordinate daily construction activities and ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
Monitor and enforce site safety protocols in alignment with company policies and OSHA regulations.
Conduct daily site inspections and safety meetings; maintain a clean and organized job site.
Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop and maintain the project schedule.
Coordinate material deliveries, equipment usage, and subcontractor work to avoid delays
Maintain accurate daily logs, field reports, and progress photos.
Lead and mentor field staff including foremen, laborers, and equipment operators.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in heavy civil construction (e.g., roads, utilities, bridges, sitework).

Preferred Qualifications:

BS in Construction Management or similar Benefits Competitive compensation (DOE)
