Family-run and operated for over 40 years, we have become world-renowned for our expert craftmanship, artistry, technique, and service. We are currently seeking an accomplished Construction Project Manager to join our team. This is an outstanding opportunity for an effective professional to plan, manage, and execute significant projects, further cultivating Woodmeister’s reputation as the premier builder in the high-end residential market. In this role, you will work closely with clients, designers, and architects as you lead all aspects of our residential projects from launch through completion.
Responsibilities:
Develop and define the scope of work for field management and subcontractors. Estimate project costs and selling price. Develop and manage the project budget and schedule. Coordinate all purchases. Manage permits, regulatory requirements, jobsite communication, and safety. Cultivate and maintain customer relationships through open communication and ensuring quality of work standards are met and exceeded. Take overall responsibility for the timely and on-budget delivery of the project.
Qualifications:
5-10 years of demonstrated Project Management experience in high-end residential construction. Residential work experience needs to be in custom or semi-custom construction. Thorough knowledge of the building trades including millwork and renovation. Ability to develop relationships with customers, designers, and subcontractors. Demonstrated leadership skills to meet our standards of quality and customer-satisfaction while overseeing projects and ensuring they are completed on time and at budget.
