The Superintendent will lead construction activities forprojects valued between $5M and $35M, focusing on occupiedrenovations in healthcare, life sciences, and academicenvironments. With 80% of their workcoming from repeat clients, they are a trusted partner forprominent institutions such as Mass General, Boston Children’sHospital, and Boston University. Specializing in healthcare, lifescience, and academic construction, they deliver projects rangingfrom renovations to new builds, typically valued between $5M and$35M. The company is deeply passionate about the work they do,especially in environments like hospitals, where constructionimpacts patients and staff. Description Lead field operations,including safety, scheduling, and coordination with subcontractors.

Oversee all phases of construction, ensuring on-time, on-budgetdelivery. Maintain client communication, especially with executivesin healthcare and life science organizations. Manage occupiedrenovation projects with minimal disruption to the surroundingenvironment. Conduct daily site walks to ensure safety, quality,and compliance with project specifications.

Profile Experience :

5-10 years leading construction projects in healthcare, lifesciences, or higher education.

Project Types :

Certifications :

CSL required.

Job OfferSalary:

$120,000-$140,000 (higher for exceptional candidates).

Travel Allowance:

$400/month.
