Description Lead Superintendent

• Responsibilities Lead site operations forlarge-scale technical projects from groundbreaking throughcompletion.

Coordinate a field team of 7 and manage subcontractors,schedules, safety, and quality control. Report directly to theExecutive VP and work closely with in-house project teams andstakeholders. Maintain site documentation and workflows usingProcore , Microsoft Project , and standard office software. ProfileLead Superintendent

Proven experience managing complex,MEP-heavy projects valued at $50M . Massachusetts CSL license(required for permitting). Strong background in data centers,healthcare renovations, clean rooms , or high-tech infrastructure.

Must be local or willing to commute to Boston or Lowell; nohybrid/remote option.

Up to $160K (flex to $170K for standout candidates)
