Description As a Lead Superintendent , you’ll drive all on-siteexecution for a multi-hundred-million-dollar technical build. Fromstructural steel to complex MEP systems, you will lead allsubcontractor coordination, site safety, and qualitycontrol-ensuring timely delivery of highly secure, mission-criticalenvironments.
Key responsibilities include:
Oversee all fieldactivity and manage subcontractors/vendors on site Drive executionon large-scale technical builds with full ownership of sitecoordination Supervise erection of steel, majorelectrical/mechanical installs, and critical path tradesCollaborate with PMs and executive stakeholders to resolve issuesand drive results Utilize Procore and MS Project to managereporting, documentation, and scheduling Play an active role in thebuyout process, particularly with scopes involving carpentry,masonry, and structural steel Represent the company’s culture ofsafety, accountability, and team-first execution Profile TheSuccessful Lead Superintendent will have: 10 years ofSuperintendent experience in construction Demonstrated success withdata centers, clean rooms, hospitals, or other mission-criticalbuilds OSHA30 and Massachusetts CSL is required (permits/inspectionresponsibility) Proficient in Procore and Microsoft ProjectIn-depth knowledge of structural systems including steel, concrete,and foundational work Proven ability to supervise complex MEPinstallations Must pass background and drug screenings Job OfferThe Lead Superintendent will receive: Base salary up to $160Kdepending on experience 100% employer-paid healthcare (medical,dental, vision) 401(k) match: 4% up to 3 years, 6% after 3 years 3weeks PTO Join a culture where leadership invests in people, notjust projects MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race,color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity orexpression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status,marital status, or based on an individual’s status in any group orclass protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
