Key Responsibilities Forge and cultivate new client partnerships within both residential and commercial markets. Initiate, track, and follow up on leads and project proposals. Conduct on-site visits and client consultations to accurately assess project needs. Collaborate closely with estimators and project managers to craft compelling proposals. Negotiate and secure contracts with clients. Maintain consistent and clear communication with clients throughout every phase of the project. Participate in networking events and leverage industry contacts to uncover new opportunities. Utilize CRM systems and relevant software to manage sales pipelines and reporting. Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales objectives. Qualifications Demonstrated sales success, ideally within the construction industry. Robust understanding of residential and commercial construction methods. Exceptional communication and negotiation capabilities. Proactive self-starter with a purpose-driven mindset and unwavering integrity. A strong advantage if you can read construction plans and grasp scopes of work. Technologically proficient (comfortable with CRM, email, tablets/smartphones). Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation are required.
