Description As theSuperintendent you will:

Lead day-to-day on-site constructionactivities from start to finish Coordinate subcontractors, vendors,and inspections to maintain schedule Ensure strict adherence tosafety protocols and quality standards Serve as the primary on-sitecontact for clients, architects, and project managers Conduct dailysite walks, progress meetings, and maintain project documentationResolve field issues in real-time to keep projects on track Managematerial deliveries, logistics, and jobsite organization Upholdcompany standards for professionalism, communication, andcraftsmanship Profile The successful Superintendent will have:

Experience in high end corporate interiors or Life Science TIs inDowntown Boston Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science,Construction Management, Engineering, or related fields Selfmotivated, able to work independently as well as alongside a teamAbility to strategize and manage the client’s exposure to Bostonmarkets Able to be successful in a fast-paced environment Abilityto work under tight time lines to hit project deadlines Experiencewith Excel, Planswift, Procore, On Screen, and/or Bluebeam Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills Have MA-CSL and OSHAcertifications Job Offer The Superintendent will receive:
