Description As the Superintendent you will: Lead day-to-day on-siteconstruction activities from start to finish Coordinatesubcontractors, vendors, and inspections to maintain scheduleEnsure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standardsServe as the primary on-site contact for clients, architects, andproject managers Conduct daily site walks, progress meetings, andmaintain project documentation Resolve field issues in real-time tokeep projects on track Manage material deliveries, logistics, andjobsite organization Uphold company standards for professionalism,communication, and craftsmanship Profile The successfulSuperintendent will have: Experience in high end corporateinteriors or Life Science TIs in Downtown Boston Bachelor’s degreein Construction Science, Construction Management, Engineering, orrelated fields Self motivated, able to work independently as wellas alongside a team Ability to strategize and manage the client’sexposure to Boston markets Able to be successful in a fast-pacedenvironment Ability to work under tight time lines to hit projectdeadlines Experience with Excel, Planswift, Procore, On Screen,and/or Bluebeam Strong communication and interpersonal skills HaveMA-CSL and OSHA certifications Job Offer The Superintendent willreceive: Competitive compensation package up to $135,000 100%covered medical and health benefits by employee 401(K) plan PTOExceptional company culture that provides organic growth MPI doesnot discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexualorientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age,disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on anindividual’s status in any group or class protected by applicablefederal, state or local law.
