Currently hiring for Superintendent to join one of Boston’s mostestablished General Contractors focusing on healthcare and lifescience construction in and around Boston! Client Details My clientis one of Boston’s premier General Contractors! 60 years inbusiness $150M in annual revenue Markets served: healthcare, lifescience and higher education Projects between $10M-$40M in valueProjects in and around Boston Excellent client relationships (80%repeat business) Opportunity to work with high profile clientsDescription The Construction Superintendent will be responsiblefor: Responsible for general supporting contract, subcontractdocuments, drawings and specifications under direction from theSuperintendent. Check and verify subcontractor layout to ensurecompliance with established control, line and grade. Monitorproduction and record rates in logbook to be used for futurescheduling. Maintain a set of production documents and update dailyso an accurate picture of work in place is consistently maintained.

Report any and all field conditions and issues to theSuperintendent. Monitor job progress on-site, checking all work toensure compliance with contract documents and the Quality ControlProgram. Work with Superintendent to develop and carry out the planand schedule for project work. Plan and prepare documentation tofacilitate the close out process at the discretion of theSuperintendent. Work with and coach field engineers on the projectto facilitate their skills development.
