Construction Superintendent – Complex Healthcare Projects Position Available In Worcester, Massachusetts

Currently hiring for a Construction Superintendent for a Top 400Contractor with a healthy pipeline of projects located both North,South, & West of Boston. Client Details My client is one of themost reputable and well-established General Contractors in theNortheast- with a diverse portfolio of Multifamily/High EndResidential, Life Science, Healthcare, Academic and Commercialprojects throughout New England and continuing to win projects toadd to their pipeline, they are actively hiring for aSuperintendent to support projects in Greater Boston. DescriptionThe Superintendent will be responsible for: Responsible for generalsupporting contract, subcontract documents, drawings andspecifications under direction from the Superintendent. Check andverify subcontractor layout to ensure compliance with establishedcontrol, line and grade. Monitor production and record rates inlogbook to be used for future scheduling. Maintain a set ofproduction documents and update daily so an accurate picture ofwork in place is consistently maintained. Report any and all fieldconditions and issues to the Superintendent. Monitor job progresson-site, checking all work to ensure compliance with contractdocuments and the Quality Control Program. Work with Superintendentto develop and carry out the plan and schedule for project work.

Plan and prepare documentation to facilitate the close out processat the discretion of the Superintendent. Work with and coach fieldengineers on the project to facilitate their skills development.

Maintaining the Construction Management Plan and logisticalco-ordination.
