Job Description
Johnson Service Group, a professional recruiting firm, is seeking an Electrical Lockout Tagout Coordinator for a our global manufacturing client in Lewiston, Maine. The incumbent will have a strong electrical background, ideally with high voltage equipment.
Responsibilities:
Coordinating LOTO activities on a construction site
Attend project meetings to ensure all personnel are briefed
The LOTO Coordinator is the authority onsite regarding hazardous energy control
The incumbent shall be trained in the use, application and removal of locks and tags and the hazards associated with the work
Required:
Technical Degree in electrical field, or High School Diploma with advanced electrical background
At least 5 years’ field experience working with complex HV site construction
Must be able to read electrical schematics/prints and control wiring
Knowledge of installation and maintenance of HV equipment
Must be able to navigate system and Excel to track equipment & work/make sure within scope.
Additional Information:
Contract Assignment with possible extensions
Medical benefits available after 30 days of employment during contract
Schedule will vary, but onsite by 6:30AM and could be 10-12 hour days
OT available, may be up to 60 hours per week
Ability to navigate an industrial environment (Will be mobile, most of the day)
