CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER
Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial construction and a proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to coordinate with various stakeholders and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Responsibilities Manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and legal requirements. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely and within-budget completion. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process. Essential Skills Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
