Description Lead planning and execution of high-riseconstruction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, andsubcontractor coordination. Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are consistentlyupheld across all phases. Contribute to strategic project planningand business development efforts when needed. Profile Experience incommercial or multifamily construction, with high-rise and posttension concrete projects. Proven leadership and client managementabilities. Strong financial acumen and deep understanding ofconstruction contracts and schedules. Degree in ConstructionManagement, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Job Offer BaseSalary:

$135,000 – $165,000
