This Position:

We’re seeking an experienced, self-motivated, problem solving Superintendent with proven skills who are passionate about the building process.

Salary Range:

$80,000 to $105,000 commensurate with experience Project Performance Bonus Program Employee stock ownership plan/retirement plan On-the-job training to Procore, Microsoft scheduling, administrative courses and required company processes Company vehicle, cell phone, and iPad for work No travel requirements outside of Central Missouri This Position’s Requirements Ability to perform and supervise company self-perform work of; concrete work, rough and finish carpentry, door/frames/hardware installation and building specialties installations. Minimum of 5 years’ successful Superintendent experience on large multi- million dollar commercial construction projects Effective verbal and written communication skills Excellent at relationship-building, follow up and client service Self-motivated and driven to succeed and meet and/or exceed project financial and schedule goals Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. work hours with additional hours as necessary to meet project requirements Valid Missouri driver’s license No criminal history

Our main office is in Jefferson City, MO. With a satellite office in Columbia, MO. We service client projects all over the Central Missouri area.
