Responsibilities Lead project planning sessions to define scope, objectives, and deliverables. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment. Manage project budgets and schedules to meet deadlines effectively. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations. Facilitate communication between stakeholders to address issues promptly. Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation including contracts and reports. Utilize construction management software to track project milestones and performance. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in construction project management with a focus on high-end residential or commercial projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Effective communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams and clients.
