Due to growth in the pipeline, they arelooking to bring on an experienced and dedicated Operations Managerto join the team. This individual will be essential to theirwork/projects and long-term growth of the organization!
DescriptionProject Oversight:
Manage daily operations of construction projectsfrom planning through completion.
Team Leadership:
Supervise andcoordinate site managers, engineers, subcontractors, and laborers.
Scheduling:
Develop and monitor project timelines, ensuringmilestones and deadlines are met.
Budget Management:
Overseeproject budgets, control costs, approve expenditures, and identifycost-saving opportunities.
Quality Control:
Ensure all work meetscompany standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
ResourceAllocation:
Manage materials, equipment, and manpower to optimizeproductivity.
Safety Compliance:
Enforce safety policies andprocedures to maintain a safe work environment.
Client Relations:
Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing concernsand providing progress updates.
Problem Solving:
Identify andresolve issues that may delay project completion.
Reporting:
Prepare regular progress reports, financial updates, andpost-project evaluations for senior management. Profile Bachelor’sdegree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or relatedfield (preferred). Proven experience (7 years) in constructionoperations or project management. Experience working in themulti-family and commercial construction spaces. Strong leadershipand organizational skills. In-depth knowledge of constructionprocesses, safety standards, and legal regulations. Excellentcommunication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency with projectmanagement software and tools. Ability to work under pressure andhandle multiple projects simultaneously. Job Offer Base salary upto $200K depending upon experience. Annual bonus incentive 401Kplan with match.
