Client Details Our client is areputable, General Contractor in the Greater Kansas City area.

Founded 25 years ago, they specialize in the commercial andmulti-family spaces. Due to growth in the pipeline, they arelooking to bring on an experienced and dedicated Superintendent(with commercial project experience) to join the team. Thisindividual will be essential to their work/projects and long-termgrowth of the organization! Description Manage all day-to-day fieldactivities. Review blueprints, customer needs and contractorsubmissions in order to execute appropriate bids. Lead the teamwith appropriate construction project planning and developing sitelogistics. Maintain strong relationships with municipalities forpotential future business. Schedule on-site inspections as neededalong with the jobs site. Review all bids for work, as well assupervising the inspection of work. Ensure all proper signage isposted on the construction job site, and all safety requirements.

Work closely with job investors and maintain professional attitude.

Coordinate and supervise all construction activities. Keep dailyand weekly construction work logs. Ensure good time management andto have timely completion of projects. Monitor job subcontractorsto ensure safety guidelines are met. Profile Degree in ConstructionManagement/Science (or related field). OSHA certified. 5 years ofexperience as a Superintendent Experience working on commercialand/or multi-family projects. Experience running $5M projectsExperience leading and scheduling integrated teams. Excellent oraland written communication skills. True leadership experience.

Proficient in reviewing and understanding all constructiondocuments including specifications and drawings. Proficient inMicrosoft Office Suite. Proficiency in Procore.
