Review blueprints, customer needs andcontractor submissions in order to execute appropriate bids. Leadthe team with appropriate construction project planning anddeveloping site logistics. Maintain strong relationships withmunicipalities for potential future business. Schedule on-siteinspections as needed along with the jobs site. Review all bids forwork, as well as supervising the inspection of work. Ensure allproper signage is posted on the construction job site, and allsafety requirements. Work closely with job investors and maintainprofessional attitude. Coordinate and supervise all constructionactivities. Keep daily and weekly construction work logs. Ensuregood time management and to have timely completion of projects.

Monitor job subcontractors to ensure safety guidelines are met.

Profile Degree in Construction Management/Science (or relatedfield). OSHA certified. 5 years of experience as a SuperintendentExperience working on ground up multi-family, healthcare, oreducation projects Experience running $20M projects Experienceleading and scheduling integrated teams. Excellent oral and writtencommunication skills. True leadership experience. Proficient inreviewing and understanding all construction documents includingspecifications and drawings. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Proficiency in Procore.
