Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Supervise civil construction phases for sports facility projects, including earthwork, sub-base construction, drainage systems, concrete slabs, and site infrastructure. Coordinate with sports surface specialists (turf, track, court installers) to ensure proper site preparation and compliance with sport-specific standards (FIFA, NCAA, IAAF, etc.). Review and interpret site plans, grading designs, and technical specifications to guide construction activities. Maintain proactive communication with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and quality control teams. Ensure site activities adhere to safety regulations, environmental standards, and project timelines. Track and report daily project progress, resource use, and material deliveries. Manage and direct subcontractors and labor crews, promoting productivity and construction excellence. Support testing and commissioning of installed surfaces and civil elements to ensure compliance with performance standards.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in site grading, drainage, and concrete work for sports fields or recreational facilities. Familiarity with sports construction requirements and governing body standards (synthetic turf base prep, asphalt for courts, etc.). Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams. Proficiency in construction scheduling tools and daily reporting systems. OSHA or other site safety certification is a plus. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply; Spanish proficiency is a plus.

Work Schedule:

Full-Time Monday through Friday Weekend work and overtime as required by project needs
