Construction Project Manager 4.1 4.1 out of 5 stars Kirkwood, MO 63122 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of construction processes and methodologies. Duties Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, RFPs, RFQs ,execution, monitoring, and closure. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met. Develop project schedules and manage timelines effectively. Prepare detailed construction estimates and budgets utilizing software like HeavyBid and ProCore. Review and approve project schematics and design documents to ensure compliance with specifications. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure adherence to safety regulations. Facilitate communication among project stakeholders through tools like Bluebeam and Prolog. Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. Lead project meetings to discuss status updates, challenges, and solutions. Qualifications Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry. Proficiency in construction estimating software (e.g., HeavyBid) and project management tools (e.g., ProCore). Familiarity with design software such as Auto cad etc… Strong understanding of contract management principles and practices. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Effective communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders. Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. $83,000.00 – $128,000.00 per year
