Job Description We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee construction management services for high-impact projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the project—from safety and scheduling to budgeting and client satisfaction—are executed to the highest standards. This role requires a strategic thinker and strong communicator who can manage multiple stakeholders, drive performance, and deliver exceptional results. This role is based on active project sites located in Kalamazoo, St. Louis, and other locations across the Midwest. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership & Strategy Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables. Lead cross-functional teams through all project phases, from planning to closeout. Foster strong client relationships and ensure a positive project experience. Cost & Budget Management Translate project estimates into procurement and tracking plans. Manage cost commitments, cash flow forecasts, and change orders. Oversee internal budgets and subcontractor financials. Scheduling & Planning Develop and maintain detailed project schedules. Facilitate collaborative planning sessions and ensure milestone alignment. Monitor schedule impacts and maintain variance logs. Procurement & Contracting Ensure complete project buy-out aligned with budget and scope. Negotiate and manage contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Quality, Safety & Compliance Enforce health, safety, and quality standards on-site. Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments. Ensure compliance with local codes, permits, and regulations. Reporting & Documentation Prepare monthly financial and status reports. Manage risk reviews, change orders, and scope proposals. Coordinate project turnover and documentation at closeout. Team & Stakeholder Management Lead and motivate project teams to meet goals and deadlines. Resolve conflicts and ensure alignment among all stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in construction project management. Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
