Description Manage and overseeall phases of ground-up construction projects ranging from $5M to$30M, ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion Develop andmaintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control measuresto meet client expectations and company standards Collaborate withinternal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamlesscommunication and project coordination Negotiate contracts withvendors and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing andadherence to project timelines Monitor on-site activities throughregular visits, ensuring compliance with safety protocols andconstruction plans Provide leadership and guidance to projectengineers, superintendents, and other team members Prepare andpresent project status reports to clients, senior management, andother stakeholders Address and resolve project-related challenges,including design conflicts, delays, or unforeseen site conditionsSupport the development and implementation of innovativeconstruction techniques and processes Foster a positive teamenvironment and maintain strong client relationships to promoterepeat business opportunities Profile Has 5-15 years of experienceas a Project Manager with a General Contractor, demonstrating aproven track record of successful project delivery Possesses astrong technical aptitude and a thorough understanding ofconstruction processes and project management principlesExperienced in managing ground-up construction projects valuedbetween $5M and $30M Holds a degree in Construction Management,Civil Engineering, or a related field; alternatively, has 15 yearsof relevant experience Demonstrates excellent leadership,communication, and organizational skills to effectively manageteams and project stakeholders Adapts well to a collaborative andentrepreneurial work environment, with a proactive problem-solvingapproach Familiarity with diverse project types, includingcommercial, healthcare, multi-family, and light-industrial, is aplus Motivated to grow within the company, contributing to apositive culture while achieving professional and financial goalsJob Offer Competitive base salary up to $150K, based on experienceand qualifications Bonus potential of 10% to 20% Monthly vehicleallowance Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insuranceplans.
