In-House Contractor ADV Properties LLC St. Louis, MO 63146 Job Summary We are seeking both skilled contractors as well as those that are newer to the industry that are interested in making working in the trades a career. Whoever we bring in to join our team will contribute to various construction projects. The ideal candidate will need to have a background in carpentry, plumbing, electrical or construction management, demonstrating a general knowledge of repairs in both residential and commercial projects. This role requires an individual who is detail-oriented, able to read schematics, and has a solid understanding of construction processes. Duties Execute various tasks daily. Utilize power tools effectively and safely for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials. Lay tiles with precision, ensuring high-quality finishes in all installations. Apply caulking to seal joints and gaps for improved aesthetics and durability. Understand the aspects of the jobs that we are completing Collaborate with our office staff to maintain timelines and adhere to project specifications. Oversee job sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Manage materials and supplies necessary for each project phase. Experience Proven experience as a Contractor or in a similar role within the construction industry. Needs to have a basic knowledge of work flow apps. Demonstrated knowledge in all trades in which you can work. Familiarity with construction and property management principles is preferred. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team while maintaining effective communication.
