https://rosetteforeverhomes.com/ The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring each remodeling project is delivered on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality. You’ll manage schedules, coordinate vendors and subs, track progress in JobTread, and serve as the central point of communication between clients, carpenters, and leadership. You’ll work closely with the Site Supervisor to anticipate issues, resolve challenges, and deliver a smooth experience for both clients and crew. Responsibilities Create, manage, and adjust project schedules Coordinate labor, subcontractors, inspections, and deliveries Monitor progress and track milestones through JobTread Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout each phase Keep internal teams updated on client expectations, changes, and feedback Provide clarity and structure to crews working on-site Maintain and monitor budgets and scopes of work Approve materials, labor, and change orders Track expenses and keep all documentation organized in JobTread Collaborate daily with Site Supervisors and Lead Carpenters Support crew productivity, morale, and accountability Conduct walk-throughs to ensure quality and scope alignment Identify delays, inefficiencies, or issues and develop immediate solutions Help implement systems for improving field-to-office communication Maintain compliance with safety regulations and local codes Qualifications 5 or more years of experience in residential remodeling or construction project management Strong working knowledge of construction timelines, scopes, and job costing Experience using project management tools (JobTread preferred) High-level organization and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at once High school diploma or equivalent required (college degree a plus) Valid driver’s license Salary and Benefits Full time position Competitive salary depending on experience Paid vacation (based on tenure and performance) Paid major holidays Medical and dental insurance Fuel reimbursement or company vehicle, based on need Paid training opportunities Paid volunteer days Rosette Forever Homes is an equal opportunity employer.
